Terms of service



Mr. Nice B.V. receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

Mr. Nice B.V. uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

Mr. Nice B.V. delivers on all weekdays, with orders made before noon 12:00. Registered post is the only delivery method offered.

There is a 2 year warranty under the Buying Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on demand are not received.

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal
14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You must pay the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment.

The notification must be given per mail at info@domæne.dk. In the announcement you must make clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The condition of the goods when you return the goods

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, the properties and the manner in which it is functioning. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise’s commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the item, but do not use it in actual use.
